Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

Many individuals suffer from a psychiatric condition known as obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), which affects many individuals differently.
Those suffering with (OCD) have obsessions and compulsions each of these causes a reaction. With the obsession which are repetitive and reoccurring thoughts that arise throughout their day these sensations experienced have little to no control. This causes your compulsions to take over and the automatic response to your obsessions.
You will react to these obsessions and compulsions even when you know that their unrealistic or have no basic reason for them. These actions occur because if ignored or avoided you tend to become distressed and gain feeling of discomfort. So, you will act on these feelings.
OCD can be very inconvenient and disruptive to your everyday living.
Common Symptoms

OCD does not have a specific set of obsessions or compulsions and vary by the individuals suffering from it. There are some common obsessions experienced such as Invasive thoughts, fear of contamination or infection, being precise, organizational patterns, thoughts or images of the obsession. The more common compulsions include constant organizing, cleaning and hand washing excessively, touch objects in order or arranging objects.
